Wedding coordinators are responsible for the set up of the wedding spaces, communication with vendors and guests on the wedding day, and the execution of the wedding itself. These coordinators face a number of issues in achieving their objectives for each wedding, such relying on a disorganized system of paper printouts to keep track of tasks, seating arrangements, and events, along with using various phone applications to communicate with vendors, guests and clients.
